I keep travel simple and transparent: my flights are included in your package, but accommodation and local transport during the weekend are arranged on your side. This is intentional — it allows you (or your planner) to place me where it makes the most sense.

I usually stay with the wedding planner’s team, either at the venue or very close by. Couples have found this to be the easiest and most efficient option: planners can negotiate better rates, logistics stay organised, and we remain close to the action throughout the weekend.

Being nearby means I can also capture the in-between moments — the unexpected, unscripted parts of the weekend that wouldn’t be reachable otherwise. Over time, this has proven to create a smoother experience and better storytelling for the couple.
